1. Click on the Request module or click the arrow button beside the Request module.
2. From the drop-down list of Tools, Click on Schedule.
3.On the Schedule page, use drag and drop options to schedule your request.
4. Click on Assign Call. (To assign service executive, date, time and duration for the request)
Set the filter for scheduling requests.
Select the radio button to check the scheduled requests or tasks.
Select date for calendar shift.
Select the type of queue.
Enter the resource and click on Go for adding filter.
Set the calendar date for scheduling the requests.
Schedule weekly requests.
Schedule monthly requests using this option.
Set the color indication for the requests.
