Quick Actions feature in CentraHub CRM is used to set a shortcut button for any Module. It provides the facility of accessing the required Module without actually following the long, regular method. Quick Actions helps to set the shortcut button for the modules that are used more frequently.
1. In CentraHub CRM, click on Module for which you want to create a shortcut.
2. Click on Shortcut arrow on the top right side of the Module homepage.
3. Click on the Shortcut arrow to the right-sidebar to view the shortcuts created.
4.Shortcut Option for the selected Modules would be displayed.
5.Quick Action key remains static on the CRM dashboard.
