Planned preventive management is a contract type in CentraHub CRM. PPM is scheduled based on the contract period. Preventive maintenance is performed while the equipment is still working to avoid any unexpected breakdown. In terms of the maintenance strategy, it falls between reactive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
1. Search for Contract in CRM Settings, click on Fields under it.
2. In Contract Fields, click on the edit option beside the Contract Type. (Field properties window would be displayed)
3. Under the Field setup, click on the values to create the contract type as PPM.
4. Click Ok.
