How to Set Field Updates Using Workflow in CentraHub CRM

1. Go to settings of CentraHub CRM, type Workflow in the search box on the left side of the screen.

2. Click on Workflow to create a New Workflow.

3. On the Workflow list page, click on the Actions tab.

4. Under the Actions tab, click Update Module (an Update Module window would be displayed).

5. Click Ok.

Field Description for a New Activity

Modules

Select a Module from the drop-down list for which you want to create the field update.

Source Field

Enter the Source Field of the module.

Field(s)

Select the Field for the module(s) from the drop-down list.

Update with

Enter Value, Field, or Formula.

Value/formula/File

Select from Value/Field/Formula to get the unit displayed.

Link Field

If you select the Update With category as Field, then select its Link Field.
