1. Access the CentraHub CRM settings and type ‘Workflow’ in the search.
2. Click on Workflow to create a New Workflow.
3. On the Workflow list page, Select the ‘Periodic’ option in the ‘Evaluate On’ tab. After this, a frequency template field would be displayed.
4. Select the frequency template from the drop-down list. The Workflow would be triggered based on the frequency template selected.
1. Access the CentraHub CRM settings and type ‘Frequency’ in the search box.
2. Access the drop-down list of service Master and click on the Frequency template.
3. Click on the New frequency template on the frequency list page.
Note: The Frequency Template List page provides the list of Frequency templates that could be used in scheduling Workflows.
4. On the frequency template page, Enter the name of the frequency template.
5. Select the frequency period for the template.
6. Set the range of occurrence of the frequency template.
7. Click on Save
