About Account Manager:

We are looking for a seasoned sales pro. with the ability to individually generate large enterprise leads through outbound prospecting and at the same time guide the rest of the team in achieving their targets through constant feedback.

 Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound emails/cold calls on a daily basis

  • Making Channel Partners and generating business from them to expand the market share

  • Proactively creating new leads and nurturing and winning new logo prospects in the territory and seek out new projects; cross sell and upsell opportunities for Centra Hub (CRM / HCM) Solutions.

  • Attending meetings and giving presentations of the software with prospective clients and closing sales along with developing territory plans to exceed assigned revenue targets.

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with target prospects within the defined territory.

  • Perform extensive secondary research based on the service offerings and Target Industries for Lead Generation.

  • Commercial / Quotation Documentation.

  • Client Meetings, Solution presentation.

  • Excellent negotiation and seal-the-deal skills.

  • Work together with internal teams across the company in a professional manner.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.

  • Experience and executing end-to-end marketing programs & ability to strategize, develop, execute and measure integrated marketing Campaigns, events, webinars, conferences and business conclaves etc.

  • Hands on approach to execution and ability to play multiple roles across marketing, corporate strategy and sales that require analytical and creative skills.

Qualifications:

  • BBA/BTech or equivalent degree

  • A proven inside sales/outbound marketing experience of at least 5 years

  • In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS sales administration process

  • A natural ability to write and speak along with rapport building and other interpersonal skills to be able to befriend prospects

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively accompanied by a problem-solving attitude

  • Adept in MS Office suite
