Start and End Timer for Worklog / Activities

New on January 1, 2019

In the detail view of the module, a new option Start activities timer is updated for recording the timer is given for Worklog or any other activity in CRM mobile app. Users can use to record the actual duration taken for a task.

People track time spent on a particular task because they need to create invoices for clients and get paid. Even they track their time to have an account of how long it has taken to complete tasks to make sure that it doesn't cost more money to complete.

The mobile app lets you record time of tasks in real-time, means it gives you a running clock that launch when you start a task, and you can pause or stop the app when you finish.

Worklog helps to keep track of hours spent on request. If an employee is involved in more than one ticket handling, they will track every little segment of time spent on various tasks.

In MailChimp, create audiences and differentiate them by tags. You can even import and export leads or contact through MailChimp.If a campaign is done from a MailChimp account, the information related to lead is viewed in CRM. And MailChimp icon can be seen in the lead list view.

Status of Link

Define the link for the record using Status Link feature. In the real estate application of the Centra HUB CRM, you can create a link for "module status" of the field and two list layout linked or unlinked. It is mainly useful for the base module where you can connect the base module's records with another module.

Pipe-line view

New on March 26, 2019

In the Pipeline View has a graphical representation of the sales process, with its sales stages. With each sales stage, you can instantly see exactly where each deal lies, along with how long it’s been there, its chances of coming in, and numerous other factors.

By Clicking on the Pipeline view icon, the page will display as per the user can arrange their records based on either Master/Data fields.

Here is the example of the pipeline view of the opportunity/deals module. After selecting Stage field of opportunity module, all records will be displayed as per stage-wise in vertical form. User can Drag and Drop the record from one Stage to another Stage column, and automatically the stage in deals will be updated from New stage.

Custom Web Actions

We have some Standard web Actions like Approve / Reject the module record, Request Survey, etc. Using custom Web Actions, User can define their Action Name and configure Workflow to that Action. When the user clicks on that link from the mail, the configured workflow will evaluate.

Custom-web action variable can be configured with the respective module email template. Select the web actions from the module group. It will display a list of web action group names and from the select group name. Select the web actions from the module group. After the creation of the email template with web action, configure the workflow to generate an email with web actions.

Import Report with Image

Smart Filters

The smart filter in mobile CRM is a powerful search tool which enables to extract valuable sales information within no time. The criteria for advanced filters are based on sales priorities such as tasks, notes, and emails rather than just field values; your chances for discovering valuable sales data is much higher. When you use intelligent combinations of the available criteria, advanced filters really work like magic.

In the Mobile app, below the module list view, the app will show a list of the first five list view fields to the filter. The below example. is having fields like Campaign / Account / Stage / Opportunity name. In the below image where smart filter field is STAGE. User can select more than one smart filter field.

Record Sharing

Centra HUB CRM provides different levels of data sharing, one being the record-level sharing where users can share individual records from any module with other users in the company. A record can be directly shared with users or the same record, when associated with another record, can be shared via sharing the related list.

For example, If the manager shares a record to an executive, then in the module list view, " Is share" option is enabled. The tick mark in the checkbox denotes that the record is shared. Click on"Is shared" checkbox, users can be able to see whom the record has been shared.

Auto Reminder Pop-up display

Marketing, sales, and Support representatives have many customers they manage on a day-to-day basis. That means they have many tasks to conduct for each customer. Centra HUB CRM Software can easily create reminders to help stay organized. Reminders can be for the specific jobs where you need to perform, such as creating a Quote or an Invoice, sending an email for clients/customers. You can even create Tasks and Appointments.

Centra HUB CRM is updated with a new feature for automatic reminders for the activities. Here the reminder pop-up window displays overdue or upcoming task/ appointment/meetings/events reminders for which automatic reminder trigger. User can even define snooze time or dismiss the activity.

Link Functionality in CRM

Workflow management helps to automate sales, marketing, and support. You can even automatically assign tasks to users, based on the workflow rules and update specific fields. Workflow Rules are useful when they are associated with Email Notifications, Tasks, and Field Updates. The rule is triggered, the alerts, tasks, and field updates. The following are steps for linking functionality using CRM :

  • Configure workflow on the target module to which field the link needs to be consumed.[You can even configure to show pending links.]
  • Here is the example for (module) information. In the below example is having 3 products with different quantity.
  • Select "product," enter "quantity" or press CTRL+L to display pending links pop-up window. Select the row, Click ok to consume the same quantity.
  • In other scenarios, On selecting source as the master field in the target(use link) system will automatically show pending links against the selected record.[If configure option like "Cannot exceed the base value" if consumed quantity is more than Base document Quantity, the system will restrict and show the message like below]

Display Activities in dashboard

Dashboard activities are the summarized view of the custom report information of Centra HUB CRM. Centra HUB CRM provides a platform for a real-time report of the sales stages and business activities. You can create a custom dashboard and share it with all the users or a few selected users. Depending on your business requirement, you can create dashboards to get an overview of various business activities such as email analytics, lead status, marketing metrics, activity stats, and so on. Steps for creating activities in the dashboard:

  • Click on Activities icon on the left side corner of the dashboard.
  • Activities are displayed depending on feature-wise/overdue. You can even filter by user and status.
  • If you have created any module record recently, then it displays under recent items.
  • In the shortcut menu, you can view modules related to shortcuts.
  • Reminders related to appointments/events/meetings are displayed below the reminders menu.

Dashboard Filter

Here is the new feature to set the filter for dashboard depending on your business requirement. The dashboard is configured with multiple graphs and detailed reports. Combo box Search in Mobile

A combo search box in the mobile application helps the module to configure using search by Name. While trying to search the record by Name, at the same time if you want to search on Code or any extra module field, in below enter the string to search on Code or additional field. By click on Code app will search on Code field.

You can even create, or edited master record items will be displayed first in Master combo box popup. In below screenshot, users' recently created /edited records are displayed first in Combo box search box popup. After that, the remaining records will be displayed based on alphabetical order.

Scan Customer Asset Bar-code

Scan your customer asset using Customer-Asset bar-code through Mobile CRM. In the Centra HUB mobile application, you have the option to scan the Customer Asset. It helps the support team for easy identification of the customer asset while resolving the request.

Following are the steps for using customer asset option in mobile CRM.

  • Enable the option '"Allow to scan Customer Assets" for call worklog below Mobile Configuration in layout Tab.
  • At the bottom of the mobile home page, you have the option to scan the customer asset.
  • On scanning of Customer asset bar-code, it will start an auto timer for the work-log against the request status whether it is open/hold/resolved.
  • By the Close of the timer, work-log edit view page displays, enter remarks for the request through selecting status as resolved in work-log status.
  • If you have more than one request against those assets, then it will be shown in the request pop-up window. On selecting a request by the user, work-log will timer will start.

Termination of PMC Contract

Now, Centra HUB CRM introduced new features with creating SQL functions even in the mobile application. SQL functions in a mobile app can quickly update for all records as the business requirement changes. It enables to perform complex operations in a single CRM platform.

Now SQL functions even defined against fields for evaluating in the Mobile app as well. For Example, It is a SQL Query for creating the MasterId.

Syntax : &{SQLFC1} :- Return value should be MasterId &{SQLFCITEMS2}: Return should be a concatenation of Name and MasterId with | and if a comma should separate more than one. Then Result is sName+'|'+cast(iMasterId as varchar(15))

Manual Activation of feature PMC Calls

Preventive maintenance contract is contract type in Centra HUB CRM. PMC is scheduled based on the contract period. Preventive maintenance is performed while the equipment is still working so that it does not have an unexpected breakdown. In terms of the maintenance strategy, it falls between reactive maintenance and predictive maintenance.

You have an option for manually activating PMC calls in Centra HUB CRM. In the detail view of the request, you have an option "Activate." Click on Activate for activating PMC calls directly from the request.

Steps for updating Quote and sales order status when mail sent:

  • On Creation quote, Quote status will display as a draft.
  • When an email sent against Quote, then quote status will display as raised and mail sent will be selected.
  • Once the sales order is raised from Quote, then quote status will display as ordered and sales order status will display as converted.
