Centra HUB CRM provides service management features like resolving tickets, solutions, case escalation through workflows. It stores a set of specific services that a business entity provides for their product.

Enter the name of Service.
Enter the code for the service for easy identification.
Set the time duration to service.
From the drop-down list, select product to which the service is applicable.
Note: You have Save and New option to save the current Service and automatically load a new page to create a new Service and cancel to cancel the current Service creation.
To edit the saved Services.
To select the view layout of Services Page.
Shows the users having access to that page.
To add new Services to the database.
To perform various actions.
To view Services in list view or split view.
To search saved Account.
To search any Service by using filter options.
To edit details regarding any Service.
To delete any Service.
To add tags for any Service.
Shows a history of actions with reference to any particular Service.
