Service Requests are even raised through emails by customers. Using Centra HUB CRM, customers can raise the request about any issue. These service requests are automatically saved in the Request tab of Service application in CRM.

Enter the email address from which you want to rise the request.
Enter the password of your email for login.
Select the category of request from the drop-down list.
Choose the sub-category of request.
Select an issue from the drop-down list.
Enter the location from where request is to be raised.
Click on the checkbox to activate email to request.
