Communication with customers/prospects is an essential activity in any business. Centra HUB CRM provides Email Templates which are used for sending different kinds of messages to multiple recipients. It is used for sending mass emails to leads/contacts and also for email notifications to the users for triggering of a workflow.

Specify the name of Template.
Select the type of Email from the drop-down list(Text, HTML or custom).
Select the scope of the Email as Public or Private from the drop-down list.
Enter the required description related to the template.
Choose the Module for which email template has to be created.
Select the encoding form the drop-down list.
Note: Select Active to use start using the Template. Only if the Active Check Box is selected then the template can be used for scheduling and setting of the workflow.
Enter the Subject for email template.
Select the Module through which data should be mapped.
Select the fields which should be mapped from the respective Module.
4. Click Insert.
Example: In the above snapshot, an email will map data of individual Account name followed by City name and then followed by the email body.
Select the Print Layout of Email.
(To Select the Print Layout ensure that the Print Layout of Email has already been defined.)
You can attach fields. It helps to send an email with the attachments to any customer.
