Customer Asset in Centra HUB CRM refers to those products that are sold to customers and that have been further considered for service provision under Service Contracts and Service Level Agreements. Asset master gives complete information of all products under the Service Contract and Service Level Agreement for any specific customer.
Select the account from the drop-down list for which Customer Asset has to be added.
Select a product from the drop-down list as Customer Asset.
Enter purchase date of the customer.
Select the asset type of the product.
Enter the serial no. of the product.
Enter the warranty date expiry date of product.
Note: You have Save and New option to save the current Customer Asset and automatically load a new page to create a new Customer Asset or Cancel to cancel the current Customer Asset creation.
