Approval Rules

Approval criteria

Select the Approval criteria from the drop-down list.

Type of user

Select the type of user.( Users, Roles, Hierarchy or Level)

Authorize on update

Click on the checkbox for the updates.

Action: Here you have different actions like on received, on approval, on rejection or request more info.

Actions

Click on the checkbox for the kind of notifications to be received.

Type of user

Select the user type from the drop-down list. And move the selected users from the available list to the selected list.

Others

Here you can enter the email and SMS field.

Escalation Level: To set the escalation for the Approval Process.

Time limit

Set the time limit for the escalation.

Approval Type

From the drop-down list select the Approval Type.(Send Alert to the user, Auto approve or Auto reject)

Type user

Select the user type from the drop-down list. And move the selected users from the available list to the selected list.

  • 4. Click Finish.

Note: While creating Approval process for any application, you will set Approval Rules.
