About CRM Implementation Consultant:
We are looking for a techno-functional consulting applicant who builds strong relationships with clients and manages the entire change & transformation process in the implementation of CENTRA HUB CRM.
Responsibilities:
Gathering the customer's requirement to design, implement, Centra CRM Software.
Providing Demo's to the Prospect based on their verticals.
Applying test and validation best practices with solutions deployment across Development, Configuration, User acceptance test, and Production CRM instances.
Analysing the customers pain points and providing a solution.
Conducting thorough requirements reviews and business process reviews
Creating custom reports
Assisting with the management of projects and clearly communicating project status.
Coaching and training client staff members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years of experience
Good in Email drafting, MS Excel and Word
Good Knowledge about the process
Quick learner with excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
An ability to analyze a business situation, recommend change, and document the processes
